We will deliver your images within 24 hours and keep them as a backup for 7 days. After 7 days, we will delete them permanently. Please note that we cannot provide you with images after 7 days. Rest assured that your image’s property will be kept safe and secure for 7 days, and we will not use your image anywhere.

4.2 Our Services
Hello Retoucher offers Photoshop-related services such as Clipping path, Background removal, Shadow creation, Ghost mannequin, Image retouching, Image masking, Color variants, Jewelry retouching, and more. Full payment is required when submitting your order unless agreed upon otherwise. You can request a quote and a free trial before purchasing our services.

Hello Retoucher is integrated with third-party applications to make content, products, and/or services available to you. Please note that these Third-Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions of use and privacy policies, which will govern your use of them. We are not responsible for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site and the Content for personal, non-commercial, entertainment use. However, you are not permitted to redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content. At Hello Retoucher, we require individual customers to pay the full amount before we begin work. We may offer credit for corporate clients, but we’ll need to check your references and make a judgment call. If you’re a client with extended credit, we’ll need you to sign a contract. We require full payment within four days of delivery. We also offer monthly payments for recurring services. If you don’t pay on time, we may revoke your credit. Payment methods include Paypal, Credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Wire transfer, Payoneer, and Bank transfer.

8.2 Quality Assurance & Refund
At Hello Retoucher, we prioritize providing high-quality services to our clients. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your project, we are willing to make acceptable changes to meet your requirements. However, please note that any requests for modifications or refunds must be submitted within 3 days after receipt. If a client’s requirements change, we reserve the right to cancel any alteration requests.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the modified photos meet the same quality standard as the approved sample. However, we understand that things can change without our control, and we are willing to make adjustments to match your demands at a reduced cost. Please remember that any changes made by our quality assurance team will not affect Hello Retoucher or its affiliates.

If you need a quote, you can purchase it directly from Hello Retoucher. Please note that we will not issue a refund if you have already downloaded your photographs and cannot provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction. If you want a refund, please email our customer service team at info@helloretoucher.com.

8.3 Price
Before placing an order with Hello Retoucher, please note that the service prices may differ. We may adjust the pricing for pre-paid work or credit for work items not yet paid for. If we do adjust the price, you will be notified, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to the new fee. Please understand that we reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, we may not notify clients of pricing changes.

8.4 Promotional Discounts
At times, Hello Retoucher may offer promotions or discounts in the form of coupons or other methods. Please keep in mind that these offers can be canceled or revoked by Hello Retoucher at any time.
